Every pet owner has their own preferences when tracking their dog’s activity. That’s why we’ve made it easy to customize how data is displayed in the Averia Collar app.
Set Your Preferred Units for Weight, Temperature, and Distance
Not all measurements are universal, which is why you can adjust your preferred units for:
- Weight: Choose between pounds (lbs) and kilograms (kg).
- Temperature: Select Fahrenheit (°F) or Celsius (°C).
- Distance: Opt for miles or kilometers.
Each of these preferences is saved to your Averia account, meaning that even if you switch devices, your settings will carry over—no need to reset them every time!
Time Zones and Walk History
To ensure accuracy, your pet’s activity tracking is based on the time zone where activity took place. If you’re ever in a different time zone than your dog, you may notice a discrepancy in walk history or Safe Zone updates. To avoid confusion, the app displays the relevant time zone when viewing past walks, helping you keep track of your pet’s activity no matter where you are.
Additionally, your dog's time zone is used to:
- Track progress towards daily activity goals
- Generate daily activity and rest schedules
Date & Time: Match Your Existing Settings
By default, the Averia Collar app follows your system settings for displaying time and date. However, this can also be customized:
- Date format: Choose between DD.MM.YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY.
- Time format: Opt for a 12-hour or 24-hour clock.
