I have already left one review, but since I have 2 collars, I can leave another! This is the best customer service I have received in at least the last 15 years. Kris is quick to reply with answers to my many questions, and has even reached out to just check in to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend

We've had the collars on for 3 weeks now. After some user error (totally me!!), they are tracking great!! I love the updates and map after a walk. My only complaint is the strap length did not match the description, so I had to return those for a smaller option. Customer service is fantastic!!!

The collars is great!! The GPS is fast and accurate, plus the app is great. Great all-around collar! The accuracy of where my dog takes his walks is the best. Recently had the fi collar & compared to it, this it’s definitely better.

I would like to take a moment to say how much I love this collar! Right from the start, opening up the package, it matched the color of my collar that I ordered. I loved that. The set up was fairly easy and the app is easy to use. I have a livestock guardian dog that stays outside all day with my chickens and goats. The collar is very durable as well, my dog has put it through the test. This collar provides me peace of mind knowing my dog is in the areas I set up as his safe zones. While I am at work I am able to track him and make sure he is safe. I have had other GPS collars in the past and what sets the Averia collar apart from competitors is their customer service and support. This is just as important to me as it is to have a tracking device on my dog. If something happens to your tracking collar on your dog you want fast action support from the company, it could me life or death for your dog. Averia collar has provided this for me.

I did my research on 5 other GPS dog collar trackers. Was not impressed with what they gave me for my money. Averia came out on top and I bought one for my Dutch Shepherd. Well worth the money. I know where my Dutch Shepherd is 24/7 what she's doing where she's at running walking everything this is the most complete dog collar you can get for the money. No regrets.

I received my Averia collar a few days ago. First, I would like to say that I was concerned with the quality of the product coming from an overseas location. The workmanship is of high quality and the collar is made of durable material.

Secondly, the app is pretty user friendly. Easily paired the app to the collar. The learning curve is expected to take a while for me to acquaint myself with the features available through the app.

Thirdly, customer support has been great. I have bombarded Kris with quite a few questions through chat and his response was prompt and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I was most impressed with the concern expressed to make sure my questions were answered.
