After five years of paperwork and approvals, we’re proud to announce that Averia is now officially a registered trademark! This isn’t just a legal checkbox. It marks the next stage of our growth, allowing us to expand more confidently and deepen trust with customers.
The process took multiple years — we first filed an Intent-to-Use application in 2020, holding our place in line while we worked to launch Averia Collar. Once Averia Collar fully launched and began selling to consumers, the legal process resumed, and we finally secured the missing piece of Averia’s intellectual property!
With both utility and design patents already secured, this trademark completes our IP portfolio and serves as the foundation we needed to scale.
