Is the Beacon battery removable?
Yes, the CR2032 battery is removable. Your battery should last you about 1 year, after which you can easily remove and replace it with a new one.

What is the range of the Beacon?
Each Averia Beacon has a maximum radius of 30 meters or about 100 feet. Obstacles like buildings, walls, power lines, elevation changes, etc. may affect a Beacon’s signal range.

Each Beacon order includes 2 Averia Beacons.

Are the Beacons weatherproof?
Averia Beacons are UV-resistant and rated IPX53, meaning they are protected against dust, dirt, sand, and spraying water (like rain).

Do I need a subscription to use the Beacons?
No subscription is needed to use the Beacons. However, for optimal use and to receive alerts when your dog has left a Safe Zone, we recommend activating a subscription.
