Do I need a subscription to use the Averia Collar?

You can use the Averia Collar without a subscription, although you will not be able to track the Collar.
Why should I pay for a subscription?
Averia Collar uses a SIM card for various features that require wireless connectivity. In order to activate these features, we require a subscription.

There are many benefits to having an Averia subscription, including:
- 24/7, global, real-time access to your pet's location, no matter where you or your pet are.
- Receive instant alerts when your pet has left a Safe Zone unaccompanied.
- Activate Lost Mode if your pet gets lost. Everyone your pet is shared with will also receive a notification, helping expedite your search and bring your pet home safely.
- Activate Energy Saving Mode for maximum battery efficiency, increasing the battery life of your Averia Collar up to 30 days.
Does Averia charge a cancellation fee?

There are no cancellation fees if you decide to cancel your Averia subscription.
